The Erasing Shame podcast was launched in February 2018, with a new episode almost every week. Erasing shame is about having honest talk for healthy living—emotionally, relationally, mentally, and personally.

For our second season, co-hosts Maylee Chang and DJ Chuang continued our exploration about erasing shame, with a blend of topical discussions and special guests who shared their personal stories and professional expertise.


The Summer Series of 2018

In the Summer of 2018, we produced a special video series, Erasing Shame about Mental Health in Asian American Communities—in collaboration with Asian American Christian Counseling Service and made possible by California Mental Health Services Authority.

We’ve had an amazing first season! We recorded 15 episodes with a variety of topics and guests. We were surprised to discover how many dimensions there are to shame, so we’ll never run out of conversations.
